Return & Exchange Eligibility

Requests made after 72 hours from delivery time will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Our support team will assist you as quickly as possible.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers who choose Cash on Delivery (COD) may check the product at the time of delivery.

If the product is not preferred, not suitable, or the customer changes their mind, the item must be returned immediately to the delivery person at that time.

In such cases, only the delivery charge will apply.

Once the product has been accepted and kept by the customer after delivery, it will no longer be eligible for a refund. Only exchange requests will be accepted according to our exchange policy.
Prepaid Orders (bKash / Bank Payment)

If a customer has made advance payment through bKash, bank transfer, or any prepaid payment method, they may return the product by handing it over to the delivery person.

After the returned product is received and verified by our team, the refund amount will be processed within 7 working days.

Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Charges

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in any return or exchange case.
